Courtney Criffield

Courtney serves as the Director of Operations and Marketing at Stonebridge Wealth Systems, where she provides leadership across the firm's operations, marketing, employee experience, and client experience. Working alongside Stonebridge's four partners, Courtney helps lead the firm's operational and marketing initiatives, develops scalable processes, and supports the continued growth of the organization while helping ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and employees. She also oversees the firm's marketing campaigns, client events, financial education seminars, and brand strategy, helping further Stonebridge's mission of educating families and serving clients with excellence.

With a bachelor's degree in Human Development & Family Relations, Courtney has built a career centered on developing meaningful relationships, creating efficient systems, and serving others. Her 20+ years of experience in customer service, project management, marketing, and operations have equipped her to lead complex initiatives while maintaining a personal, client-first approach. She enjoys finding ways to improve processes, strengthen collaboration among teams, and support both employees and leadership as the firm continues to grow.

Outside of work, Courtney is a proud "boy mom" and enjoys camping, boating, fishing, and watching football with her husband, Brent, and their three sons. Whether she's cheering on her younger boys at sporting events or keeping up with her adult son's busy career, Courtney embraces every season of family life. Guided by her faith and love for family, Courtney brings compassion, authenticity, and a servant's heart to both her personal life and her work.
